What you may do
You may use the tool for your own personal, non-commercial research, and link to it. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may act on what you learn using your own independently built tools.
What you may not do
- No scraping or bulk extraction of the Site’s pages, its API, or the datasets behind it, in whole or in substantial part.
- No republication — copying, mirroring, framing, redistributing, or re-hosting the content, code, charts, or computed results in any medium without prior written permission.
- No commercial use in a product, service, newsletter, or paid research offering without a licence.
- No misrepresentation — presenting the Site’s analysis as your own, or implying endorsement or affiliation.
Permission or licensing requests: reach the author via GitHub (alev-12).
Third-party data
Return series are built from public sources — Vanguard / index-fund history, the Kenneth R. French Data Library, AQR, and US Treasury / FRED / CPI data. Those datasets belong to their providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. The Site claims no ownership of the raw data, only of the code and the analysis built on it.
No warranty, no advice
The Site is an educational tool, provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation about any security or allocation. Backtests are not predictions; a portfolio that looked good over one historical window can do poorly over the next. You are responsible for your own decisions.
